DOUBLE DRAGONS EMERGE FROM SEA, DEC 2019

This short sequence was performed by Grandmaster Wong at the Mount Kinabalu National Park at the kind invitation of Dr Damian and Dr Roseline in conjunction with the Eye Dotting Ceremony of the Shaolin Wahnam Sabah Lion and the Kissey Christmas Party at Pacific Sutera Hotel.

"Double Dragons Emerge from Sea" trains internal force -- both flowing force and consolidated force. This method can be found in mamy Southern Shaolin sets, like "Essence of Shaolin", "Dragon Strength" and "Triple Stretch".
