Black Tiger Steaks Heart
This was a fundamental set practiced at the southern Shaolin Temple at Quanzhou in South China. The set was brought out of the Shaolin Temple by the Venerable Jiang Nan when the Qing Army razed the temple to the ground.
“Cross Roads at Four Gates” is called “Sap Tze Seai Moon Khuen” in Chinese (Cantonese). It looks simple in its demonstration but profound in its application.
