PERFORMING BELOW POTENTIAL TO PREVENT OVER-TRAINING
We have become so cost-effective that over-training is an important issue in our school. Over-training is training correctly but the energy derived is too powerful for the physical body to bear. Prolonged over-training leads to harmful effects.
There are a few methods to prevent over-training. An excellent method is not to go too deeply into a chi kung state of mind. The video shows an example. Another method is to reduce the time of training, or to stop training for some time. A negative method is to purposely tense muscles or to intellectualize.
