"Black Tiger Steals Heart" is an excellent pattern to explode force, or fa-jing in Chinese. It is important to have picture-picture form, rotate the waste to send out internal force from the dan tian to the punch. When the skill of exploding force has been acquired, the skill can be used in other patterns.
