MOTHER PALM 4 -- BACK-BODY PALM
Practice daily the Circle Walking of Back-Body Palm for at least a week. You should be relaxed in your practice. Be fluent also with the earlier Mother Palms.
It must be emphasized that every technique in Baguazhang can be used for combat. However, the aim of the video lessons in this programme is to enable you in a year to use Baguazhang for simple sparring against opponents of similar levels. Hence, advanced techniques are not taught in these videos.
Most kungfu practitioners, irrespective of what styles of kungfu they practice, cannot use their kungfu techniques for combat. They also have no internal force. If you can use your Baguazhang techniques for simple sparring, it is already a great achievement. More significantly, the practice gives you good health, vitality, longevity, mental clarity and peace and happiness.
