FRONTAL PUSH IN MOBILE PUSHING HANDS
There are two types of frontal push -- gliding forward and stepping forward. In gliding forward, the same leg remains in front. In stepping forward, the back leg goes in front. In the video below, the first examples involve gliding forward, and the second examples involve stepping forward.
The following points should be noted when pushing:
- Cover the opponent adequately so that he has no change to counter strike.
- Push with the back leg.
- All the movement should be smooth.
