TANTUI SEQUENCE 6 -- DOUBLE SPREAD
Practice this sequence for at least 2 weeks. This can be practiced during the time of your 3 months of stance training.
If you wish to have internal force, do not tense any muscles. Tensing any muscles will stop energy flow, which is essential for developing internal force.
Perform the sequence in a relaxed manner. Stance training will provide you the energy. Practicing this and other sequences will let your energy flow, giving you internal force.
