TANTUI SEQUENCE 7 -- SINGLE SPREAD
Practice this sequence daily for about 2 weeks, paying careful attention to correctness of form. It is important to know the sequences very well before learning their combat application.
Meanwhile the stance training will consolidate energy from the Cosmos. The nature of the stances, especially the Horse-Riding Stance, are such that cosmic energy will be focused at the dan tian, or abdominal energy field.
The Tantui sequences must be practiced in a relaxed manner, which will enable energy to flow. All internal force master mention this important point of being relaxed.
