DEVELOPING INTERNAL FORCE
While all chi kung techniques can generate an energy flow, some techniques may have special effects. Lifting the Sky and Carrying the Moon, for example, are excellent for cosmic showers, and Pushing Mountain for developing internal force.
Course participants put their internal force derived from the session into immediate use. They run round the hall about ten times, which is about the length round a football field. They are not tired or panting after the run. This is a remarkable achievement, considering that even many school children today cannot run round a field without panting.
Pushing Mountain | Tapping Cosmic Energy | Holding Ball of Energy |
Developing Internal Force | Wow, So Powerful |
Experiencing Inner Peace | Oh, So Pleasant! |
Enjoying the Stillness | Running with Chi | Not Tired Nor Panting |
