PERFORMING A SET WITH FORCE AND SPEED AND WITHOUT PANTING
The eight basic patterns for hand attack and defence are linked to form a set which is named "Lohan Asks the Way". This set is used to teach the course participants how to regulate their breaths so that they can perform the whole set with force and speed, and without panting for breaths. The whole set can be performed in only four breaths.
