LOHAN ASKS THE WAY
The various patterns of striking and their defence are linked together to form a sequence. The sequence is repeated four times with both the right-hand and the left-hand modes to form a set called "Lohan Asks the Way", named after the poise pattern at the beginning. It may be unbelievable to other people, but if you train this set and its modifications well you can handle any hand attacks! Do you know how?
