BIG AND SMALL MOVEMENTS IN WING CHOON HAND TECHNIQUES
Wing Choon Kungfu is famous for its hand techniques – not just the big movements of the arm like mirror hand and support hand, but also small movements of the wrist, fingers and elbows, though these small movements are little understood by many Wing Choon students. "Worshipping Budda" and "Folding Arms" are examples of big hand movements; "Knocking Wrists" and "Sinking Elbow" are examples of small movements. The division is arbitrary and for convenience; in practice big and small movements harmonize together.
