GIVING OR NOT GIVING OPPONENTS FIGHTING CHANCE

As soon as a Karate exponent moves in to attack, you may counter-strike
"Cover and Strike" is a fundamental tactic against many opponents of other martial artists. This gives them a fighting chance as there are counters in the repertoire of their martial arts against this attack. But if we use chin-na, we do not give them a fighting chance, as there are no counters in many of their arts against chin-na. This does not mean that if you know chin-na, we will surely beat them. Two examples of chin-na are shown here.
