Rotating the Waist is very important in Taijiquan movements


The basics are very important. Without being skillful in the basics, it would be difficult for course participants to apply Taijiquan techniques for combat.

Fundamental Taijiquan movements are also very important. All the fundamental movements can be found in "Grasping Sparrow's Tail". It is also very important to rotate the waist in Taijiquan.
