COUNTERING AT VARIOUS POINTS AND FREE SPARRING

Students use Taijiquan in free sparring against other styles
We can counter a Muay Thai fighter at Points 3 and 2, and then at Point 1, that is after his elbow strike, his punch or his tapping kick. The class then enjoys a grand finale of free sparring. It is heartening that all the course participants can apply Taijiquan correctly and spontaneously against other martial arts.
