Wen Yuan's "Short Strike" is manifested in "Seven-Star Turn Cart"

There are two features in Praying Mantis that are specially effective for close-quarter fighting, namely Wen Yuan's "Short Strike" and Ma Ji's "Close Combat". Wen Yuan's "Short Strike" manifested in the pattern "Seven-Star Turn Cart" is shown here. Coupled with some other features like close and cover, chop fist and gripping techniques, the "Short Strike" can be very formidable.
