The 64 Application Palms

The eight mother palms, which constitute the body of Baguazhang, manifest into sixty four palms which constitute the application. These sixty four palms are incorporated in the Swimming Dragon Baguazhang Set which can be accessed at the Overview of the Private Baguazhang pages.

This Swimming Dragon Set contains some intriguing applications, including how to get to the back of opponents and prevent opponents getting to your back, for which Baguazhang is famous.
