GLIMPSES OF CHOY-LI-FATT KUNGFU
Choy-Li-~Fatt is a very effective art for winning free sparring competitions. When applied skilfully, many opponents may not know how to counter your attacks.
Choy-Li-Fatt is normally an external art, but with our advantage of internal cultivation we can practice it internally using chi flow and internal force.
Many important aspects of Choy-Li-Fatt are explained, such as the importance of waist rotation, Diagonal Bow-Arrow Stance, Rolling Bamboos, Art of Stone Lock, and applying Whirlwind Fist and Wave-Tactic against opponents regardless of their responses!
The strength of Choy-Li-Fatt also contains some innate weaknesses. An opponent may exploit these weaknesses, and a Choy-Li-Fatt exponent can effectively turn the table round.
Only some glimpses of the course are shown here. Course participants are requested to contact Sifu Markus Kahila for a private link to all the videos.
We wish to thank Sifu Markus Kaliha for recording the videos.
