A TASTE OF WUZUQUAN
Wuzuquan is simple, yet it is also very profound. A Taste of Wuzuqaun provided an opportunity for students to appreciate and benefit from this great kungfu style in just two days.
On the first day students learned the set, Shi Zhan, to develop internal force, for which Wuzuquan is famous. Shi Zhan, which means Practical Combat, was specially composed by Grandmaster Wong.
On the second day, students employed patterns from Shi Zhan for combat, covering all the four categories of striking, kicking, felling and chin-na.
Many of the videos were initially recorded at a wrong speed. Sifu Riccardo Salvatore tried his best to rectify them, and the result below was the best we could get. We apologize for the uneven running of many of the videos.
