Five-flower Cannon, or Wu Hua Pao in Chinese, is the sparring set of Five-Element Fist. There are different versions of Five-flower Cannon. The one shown above is reproduced from YouTube.

We shall have our Shaolin Wahnam version taught which will improve on this one by

1. having all the five fundamental fists represented
2. introducing counters against typical attacks in today’s free sparring
3. arranging our attack in ways to gain tactical advantages
