Combat Application — Low Stance Vertical Punch (Part 2)
The “White Snake Shoots Venom” attack shown in the previous video clip is formidable, and often catches an opponent by surprise. An effective counter is “Low Stance Vertical Punch” as shown in this video. Deflect the opponent's palm thrust following its momentum, and simultaneously counter-attacks with a low vertical punch, striking the opponent at a time when he thinks he has struck you.
