ART OF FLEXIBILTY AS CHI KUNG

In our school, leg stretching is not just a physical exercise; it is practiced as chi kung
Besides being solid, one must also be agile. The Art of Flexibility, consisting of "Three Levels to the Ground", "Dancing Crane", "Touching Toes", "Dragonfly Plays with Water", and "Immortal Takes off Shoes", promotes not only physical flexibility but also energy flow and mental focus as it is practiced not merely as physical exercise but as chi kung.
